The Most Recognised Symbol Of Geography
Its been a while since the last post I made. Therefore, I thought I would tackle a very commonly asked question. This question is simply: What Is Geography?

Geography means a lot of different things to many people, which is in part down to the associations we gain from our school years. To many people it is about maps, foreign places, traveling and different cultures. However, geography is a subject that is extremely wide in its reach.

The simplest way of defining geography is it is the study of planet Earth's people, places, terrains and environments. Geography is a unique subject in the sense that it can link subjects of a Scientific nature with those of a social or economic nature.
